Batch Process - saving data types fails, support ISD #1510

Currently, saving the data types is not handled correctly. This leads to situations where e.g. CSD data is contained, but the internal label is set to MSD by default. It then crashes to convert the chromatogram, because the MSD converter is not suitable to CSD data. Additionally, support ISD.

Hence, restrict the system to support only one data type:

  • CSD
  • MSD
  • WSD
  • ISD
