Consider using Apache FileAlterationMonitor, as described in https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-io/apidocs/org/apache/commons/io/monitor/FileAlterationObserver.html to monitor the changes on Local Repository directories instead of every 30 minutes re-scanning
