The "Open sumo config in netedit" option in sumo-gui does not work if the config Path has for instance ß.
The filepath given from sumo-gui to netedit has some encoding issue.

Opening manually the config in netedit works as expected, though.

the "inverse" path , starting sumo-gui from netedit is affected as well
