misleading visualization of rail vehicle length in draw-rail-carriages mode #14330

a single carriage vehicle appears to be fully on an edge while actually extending backwards onto the previous edge.

At first glance it appears to be due to the magnification of the carriageGap at extreme length/geometry mismatch.
