In case of lcMaxSpeedLatStanding="0" standing vehicles that decide to change right and initiate a continuous LC do not move and the LC direction is derived from the posLat wrongly implying selecting the wrong further lane. To be patched in MSAbstractLaneChangeModel::getShadowLane()
