  • expose vehicle functions for adding/removing/maxSpeed/rerouting
  • expose person functions pending add support for intermodal simulation with meso #3816
  • lane functions could be disabled (via TraCIException) or simply act as if there are no vehicles
  • edge functions could be disabled or defer to meso specific implementations
  • access to other simulation objects should work as for microsim

meso inductionloop access still needs to be fixed (#7492)
