NETGENERATE disable minor turn-left feature #4091

Is it possible to disable the minor turn-left completely? meaning there won't be and "g" lights and only "G" lights for the left turns.

set option --tls.minor-left.max-speed to a high value to disable minor-left turns.

This feature is for NETCONVERT, Is there one similar for NETGENERATE?
