libsumo wheel does not contain data files #9945

This probably impacts the following functionality at least if there is no other data dir and $SUMO_HOME is pointing to the parent of it.

XML file loading is slower if validation is enabled (possible solution: disable validation for libsumo because it impacts performance anyway)
(inverse) geo projection does not work (maybe not true on linux if the base installation has proj installed)
