关于splitNumber和precision的小数位数问题 #568

在说明里有个这样的描述：
{number} precision 0 小数精度，默认为0，无小数点，当 min ~ max 间在当前精度下无法整除splitNumber份时，精度会自动提高以满足均分，不支持不等划分

有个问题就是，无法整除的时候，小数位数会变得特别长，无法指定保留位数（之前我以为可以通过precision保留位数），请问如何能够指定保留小数的位数？

另外还有一个问题：http://echarts.baidu.com/doc/example/gauge5.html#macarons
在这个例子中中间的那个表盘，数据范围是0-220，分割段数是11，这个不是可以整除吗，怎么也出来一堆小数呢
