求支持v-前缀的兼容，这样可以使开发者灵活的迁移移动端组件，实现小程序和移动web组件公用

语法兼容v-前缀

已支持，需使用可升级 okam-build 至最新版本， 配置得手动开启：component.template.useVuePrefix: true, 文档详见
