Please make sure you have installed the required files as listed in the requirements.txt file. You can do this manually or using pip:

pip install -r requirements.txt

The following files will execute different levels of the code:

do_min.py -- low resources required to run code (RAM and time) 
do_all.py -- high resources required to run all code (RAM and time) 

Run the .py files using the ipython console
