Currently only the full neighborlist approach is supported. We need to add half neighbor list including forward communication of forces on halo particles.

This is now pushed and can be controlled via:

--force-iteration NEIGH_HALF
--force-iteration NEIGH_FULL
--force-iteration CELL_FULL
