Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

The current pinned tweet is the announcement for the Youtube Live reviewing the communities' Twitter profiles.

Expected Behavior

Suggested by Francesco & YK: put something which represents your personal brand and should ideally be something which is not too recent as it's already on top of your profile.
