Folders not being created on make as suggested doing. and other issues with missing files

When you inform users to go based off your method you lacked alot of information. In your wake you forgotten to add folders and such as listed below.

In Server folder!

.obj
runtime

Within runetime folders 0-37 but i added to 40 along with generic so folders
1,2,3...,37,generic are missing folders that need to be created in order to move dll's to keep the process going.

Within resource.rc there is an error on 3.5 server folder which is listed below.

#include "afxres.h"

Missing file which is in no way created after or seenbefore in any one your files or mine.
It is written twice and both errors needed to be removed or quoted such as //#include "afxres.h"
to prevent the process from being halted.

After in which case i copiled everything but the guide you informed user's was slightly off as well.
I need help still compiling a client inorder to connect to a server im not sure is online. I have logs being created so i assume it is. I just need a hand! Servers online and make completed on both 3 and 3.5 but even after compiling client in a much different manner than shown in the guide i cannot connect still.
