Access to Open Ethnographer is now provided by membership in Discourse user group annotator (#113).

A remaining problem is that these users do not yet see the "Coding view" links at the top of Discourse topics. Unlike users with access via a moderator role, who always had that link, and still see it.

This is not a problem with access to the Open Ethnographer interface at /annotator. Just that the link to it is missing.
