Automatically create tasks related to bills and reimbursements in FreeAgent

This is so far "only" a nice idea how we can partially automate our bill payment process and our reimbursement process … in the far future 😄

In these processes, people currently have to create Dynalist tasks for the project manager to authorize a bill, and the payment manager has to check into FreeAgent regularly in case there are bills to pay. Both issues can be automated by having Dynalist Companion use the FreeAgent bills API to:

1. Look for new bills and create bill authorization tasks in Dynalist for the project manager of the project associated with the bill in FreeAgent.
2. Look for newly authorized bills (recognizable by a note in the comment field in FreeAgent) and create bill payment tasks in Dynalist for the payment manager.
