Link tags in annotations to taxonomy term pages

Helpful for quickly going from a tag to its "quotation manager" page, which is to be shown on its default Drupal taxonomy term page. Allows the ethnographer to quickly check the prior use of a tag etc..

This relates to the bubble-type annotations rendered by Annotator when mousing over a highlighted annotated text in a Drupal node or comment. It does not relate to the tag names when appearing in the annotation editing dialog.
