Work on Map Legend Under Section 8

Under 8. - Awesome that we're getting the spatial join to work, but is it possible to work on the legend? It's pretty impossible to interpret right now. Maybe we could have a discrete scale that described the range instead? Or at least do some unit conversions? Not sure what's easier.

Yea it's pretty bad. Unfortunately, it's the default for this mapping utility, and I'm not sure how editable it is. But there are other ways of "binning" or classifying the data to produce better results. Will experiment
