error with "concat"

Hello,

When I run concat on alignment files, I keep getting this kind of error:

IOError: [Errno 9] Bad file descriptor

Do you have any idea why this is occurring?

Hi Lynn,

I apologize for the delays in responding. I haven't been able to reproduce this error. I tested it in both a python3.6 and python 3.8 environment without receiving this. You should sheck your input files and be sure all input files are correct.
