Style issue with iPad tablets

Hello, I noticed that the style is broken with iPads.

Maybe a small CSS fix would be great :)

I second that, it breaks in the ranges from 768-991 and 1026-1200. I patched evo-calendar.js by increasing the tablet breakpoint from 768 to 1200 and inserting a line _.sidebarDisplayDefault(false); in the else clause (line 412). This closes both side bars in the 768-1200 range. In that range you can only have one sidebar open.
