The documentation doesn't specify, but I presume src is the Django app and web is the target for Django's https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/3.1/ref/settings/#std:setting-STATIC_ROOT and https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/3.1/ref/settings/#media-root ? (something like STATIC_ROOT = 'web/static and MEDIA_ROOT = 'web/media)
