docker build works great

docker-compose up dies with the error

dockerfile parse error line 2: unknown instruction: INCLUDE+

My a.Dockerfile looks like:

# syntax = edrevo/dockerfile-plus
INCLUDE+ /Dockerfile

Yes, it works with the latest version of docker-compose
