Issue: BOM-2176
Description:
Currently, web-fragments contains a file named
dev-extra.init contains the instructions on how to manually populate this file with some extra requirements that should ideally be placed in separate files and named appropriately, current instructions in that file seems to be outdated/wrongThis PR removes that file and adds that content to the targeted files where it should be.
