内容
主要是计数器和菜单栏。如果计时栏可以缩放的话更好

计数器缩放：鼠标调节窗口大小自动缩放
菜单栏和标识栏缩放：跟随windows系统显示设置中的显示比例
计时栏缩放：按住ctrl然后鼠标调节计时栏和雷区分界的位置

是否可以自行实现想法
