Describe the bug Due to recent changes to the configuration template, Properties of type FlagProp are created like this in a property file:
org.yarnandtail.andhow.Options.CREATE_SAMPLES =
Previously that would have ended with a false. The result is that CREATE_SAMPLES is set to true because that is the behavior of flags.

A better template result might be to comment out Flag entries.
