Hello,

I appreciate your report and I am very pleased to see that this plugin is used. However, please be patient as I need more time to test it against the latest versions of Ghost.

I gave it a run on the latest version of Ghost (4.19.1) and happy-path scenarios seem to work. Would be cool to get some testing from the community tho!

I'm using Ghost 4.16.0 and it's working just fine.
