The task rewards should be displayed in $/tsk.

The conversion of EFX to USD has already been implemented in the SDK. The utility for formatting of amounts in general, e.g. from 2.0342 EFX to $2.03 could perhaps be handled in effectai/effect-js

When running the frontend on testnets (like Jungle4) special attention should be paid as the SDK is not able to calculate EFX conversions there (as there are no Defibox pools to do this)
