Some issues:

"I would also like to contribute to covering Effective Altruism Australia's running costs" needs more top margin

"After you submit this form, we will give you our account details and a unique reference number." needs more top margin. Also needs to either be aligned with text above or to be indented more. currently it's in the middle and looks off.
