能不能添加一个可以在发布后更改GlobalProto的功能？ #137

现在发布后就没法更改GlobalProto了，如果运营起来后，想换一个地址什么的，是不是要重新发包才行？

用域名吧，发布后更改还是一样的，要是需要换发布地址呢？总有个地址是无法更改的
