First of all, thanks a lot for this fantastic versatile gene enrichment tool.
Lately I am extensively using pathfindR and I have noticed one small issue about combine_pathfindR_results function.
When one gene is upregulated in "pathfindR_results_A" or "pathfindR_results_B" it has seen as downregulated in the combined results plot of combined_results_graph(node_size = "p_val",combine_pathfindR_results(result_A = pathfindR_results_A, result_B = pathfindR_results_B,use_description = T))

Hello Ege!
First of all, thanks a lot for this fantastic versatile gene enrichment tool.
Lately I am extensively using
pathfindR
and I have noticed one small issue aboutcombine_pathfindR_results
function. When one gene is upregulated in "pathfindR_results_A" or "pathfindR_results_B" it has seen as downregulated in the combined results plot of
combined_results_graph(node_size = "p_val",combine_pathfindR_results(result_A = pathfindR_results_A, result_B = pathfindR_results_B,use_description = T))
I hope you can fix that tiny problem,
Have a nice week,
Best wishes,
-R
