Does not seem to work with Monogame 3.6 anymore.

I tried getting the Painter game to run with Monogame 3.6 and it threw an exception that it could not find an audio file.
I tried it with Monogame 3.7 and it works. So, a bug somehow got into 3.6. Either that or the installer is not setting up something right.

Nothing is wrong with the code, but it may be better to recommend Monogame 3.7 in the instructions.
