Using tailwind is resulting in an endless build loop

Adding tailwind as a plugin is resulting in rollup keep rebuilding and rebuilding

        postcss({
            inject: true,
            minimize: true,
            plugins: [
                new tailwindcss({

                        extend: {},
                    },

                    plugins: [],
                }),
                new autoprefixer(),

The output is correct, it just for some reason keeps detecting the new built as changed and rebuilds again
