初始化ui的时候发现的这个问题，不是很明显，仔细看能看出来。

new 了2张一样的图片，上面x=0，下面x=0.5

这个问题考虑到性能问题，暂时不会在底层对此进行判断优化。
如果使用 Egret GUI 模块，在上层会对此进行一次处理，优化成整数
