Apparently some SVDs use multiple address blocks within a single peripheral: https://twitter.com/The6P4C/status/1334345998148100097

This seems to be allowed by the spec, so we should really support it here. https://www.keil.com/pack/doc/CMSIS/SVD/html/elem_peripherals.html#elem_peripheral
