System installation.

Hello, I downloaded the files, uploaded them to the server and installed the database.

However, the system has an error.

Where do I include the database access data?

The following message appears:

ME uses Kohana framework, please refer to kohana framework documentation for configuration settings.

Will I need to download anything else besides what this repository already has? I looked for some installation tutorials and Kohana configurations and files appear that do not appear here.
