Improve input of an email address

When entering an e-mail completion is provided from the address book. But if you want to enter an e-mail address not from the address book you must confirm with ENTER. This is not obvious and confusing. Maybe it can be achieved by using other keys like TAB or SPACE. And it can be better documented.
