Windows 7 build problems

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Haggle-0.4.tar.gz
2. Convert Haggle solution to Visual Studio 2010 format.
3. Build the solution

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All builds should have been succeeded. Instead, the haggle project fails to 
build. Errors are missing "ResourceMonitorWindowsXP.cpp". Checked in the src 
directory. The file is missing from this version. Also a build error stating 
"unsupported platform" occurs which I believe can be remedied with a simple 
definition.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Visual Studio 2010. Windows 7. Haggle-0.4.

Please provide any additional information below.
