[ERROR] Failed to execute goal com.github.eirslett:frontend-maven-plugin:1.4:bower (bower-install) on project glowroot-ui: Failed to run task: 'bower update' failed.

I have cloned the glowroot source code from the below github url.
https://github.com/glowroot/glowroot

And tried building the glowroot source code by using the below command.
mvn clean install

I am getting the below error like
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal com.github.eirslett:frontend-maven-plugin:1.4:bower (bower-install) on project glowroot-ui: Failed to run task: 'bower update' failed.

Can someone help me out in resolving this. And also I have attached an image related to the command execution.

I am using Windows 10
Java version: 1.8.0_141, vendor: Oracle Corporation
Apache Maven 3.5.0
npm version: 5.3.0
