Right now they're a bit everywhere on the keyboard and don't make really sense.

F1 can stay there, it's a classic shortcut for help anyway.
F2 could be moved to T.
F12 (which is actually raylib's builtin screenshot feature) could be removed as it'd be mistaken for the saving feature.
Not really sure if Tab is a good place for options. I had Blender's Object/Edit mode toggle in mind for this.
