Audio glitches if buffer size is greater than system audio engine's periodicity #1

If the ASIO buffer size is greater than the Windows audio engine's periodicity (default of 10ms), buffer xruns will occur. Might be able to work around this by setting PKEY_AudioEngine_OEMPeriod.
