Add note for adding netctl-auto for those who want it.

I finally got around to doing it myself after manually running sudo netctl stop-all && sudo netctl start <WIFI> got old, and I can report that the experience has been flawless with one caveat: reconnecting automatically from resume/sleep, which the wiki documents and solves for the X1C6 without issue.
