Stand alone Heroku deploy

I have created a stand alone version of delayed_job_web that can easily be deployed to Heroku. It was mainly based off https://github.com/ankane/pghero. I was wondering if I should add a link to it from this repo's Readme, or pull request it so the code is combined?
