Currently, it's not possible to use a number of zero instance for a nodeset.
But I need it to define a nodeset as template (with specifics parameters) in parent project, but disabled by default.
In the child project, we could enable this nodeset with this simple syntax:

nodes:
  mynodeset:
    instances: 2
