Compile and installation

• start visual studio as an administrator
• compile the project in x86 release mode, then rename the dll to "nvStereoApiI.dll"
• open: C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\3D Vision\
• rename original nvStereoApiI.dll -> nvStereoApiI.dll__
• copy your compiled dll to C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\3D Vision\ folder
• have fun!
