This is just to remember the ideas/suggestions I received after my talk at useR.

  • Make an integer -> factor check if a vector is integer that only contains few different values and they are all coded sequentially from 1 and onwards
  • Use something like adist to detect difference in strings that are not based purely on case issues.
  • Sort the summary table according to the amount of problems found
  • Possibly use something like PCA to handle and visualize mutivariate outcomes.
  • Change the font
