Develop concept for n:m video collections/playlists

The relationship between series and events is 1:n, meaning that one event can only be in one series at a time. In many cases, it's useful to put a video into multiple video "collections" at the same time. This is akin to "playlists" on many pages, e.g. YouTube.

We want this in Tobira somehow and our task is to figure out how -- to develop a concept for this. Implementing this concept, or even discussing this in the wider community is not part of this issue.

Open questions include:

• Will this be in Tobira only or should Opencast have such a feature?
• Will we change OC series to make this possible? Or will this be something new?
  • Probably something new because lots of external software assume the 1:n series semantics. Right?
• Name? "Playlists" (more common, but weirdly specific name with intended usage) or "video collection" (more general, less common, does not imply order).

This does only entail developing the concept. No code will be written for this.

This is now discussed elsewhere and implemented in Opencast. We will wait for that and only then it's time to add Playlists to Tobira. That is now tracked by #937
