Prerequisite:
-Download .NET Core SDK 2.0.0: https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/dotnet-core/sdk-2.0.0
-Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package:
x64: https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/download/details.aspx?id=14632
x86: https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/download/details.aspx?id=5555

Download EagleGUI_TestNet.zip, extract the file and run: "eagle.gui" (which has logo)

In case you still having problem to run it, please install https://github.com/dotnet/core/blob/master/release-notes/download-archives/1.1.0-preview-sdk-download.md

Generate Address: Wallet » New Wallet Database » Browse Wallet File » Type Your Desired WalletNameFile » Save

To see block explorer, go to transaction history tab, then click any on the list.

NOTE:
The EAGLE-GUI client is compatible with the following versions of Windows: Windows 7 (Service Pack 1) / Windows 8 / Windows 10.

Pre-Windows 10 systems require .NET Framework 4.6.2 to be installed (https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/windows).
