chef-solo needs the 'cookbook' folder to have the same name as the cookbook #121

<cookbook-elasticsearch> as a cookbook folder does not work in chef-solo 11.6.0 because chef-solo expects the cookbook folder and cookbook to share the same name, renaming the cookbook to <elasticsearch> solves any cookbook not found errors.

Hi, could you elaborate a bit more about your setup?

Note I've updated the instructions for Chef Solo in the README, cookbooks are now installed via Berksfile.
