Data bags for test?

Hello! Would you mind sharing your run list and data bags used for testing? It seems the minitest tests in here look for, for example, a plugin being installed, but that plugin is not part of any test data.

Alternately, would you rather accept a PR that converts this all to rspec/chefspec tests instead? I've got a PR going that switches this to use test-kitchen already, which should mean you can use kitchen-ec2 instead of the Rakefile tasks there now, but the tests fail without better stubbed data.
