Travis CI not running on PRs from local branches #337

See the pull request page from TravisCI. It doesn't show, for example, #336. The PR wasn't built at all, as far as I can tell.

This is weird... Travis seems to be configured properly:

Does the limitation of Travis builds to the next branch via these (https://github.com/elastic/cookbook-elasticsearch/blob/master/.travis.yml#L3-L5) lines in the .travis.yml also turn off PR builds?

Run TravisCI on master branch again, since we renamed next branch to master a bit ago.

Fixes #337.
